Here's a way for you to reach our Sync support by starting a live WebEx and waiting in a queue. Be sure to be on the right computer so that they can immediately look at your sync issue. Be patient, it could be a few minutes before your requested WebEx connection can be accepted. (P.S. There's no music!)
