    Today, Sabre announced the sale of the Trams portfolio of products to Tres Technologies and Lee Rosen. We are confident his leadership will provide the right investment and innovation to deliver a world class solution. Sabre's vision is to create a new marketplace for personalized travel. The level of innovation that Sabre is and will bring to the industry requires intense focus on our previously announced strategic imperatives. The divestiture of Trams is consistent with our strategy to deliver the next generation retailing, distribution, and fulfillment solutions the industry needs while partnering with best-in-class third parties to provide superior capabilities beyond Sabre's core.

    Lee and the team at Tres Technologies will focus on its core competencies of accounting, back office systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) for travel agencies. Tres Technologies will take the business to the next level through additional investment, development, and innovation. As experts in back-office and CRM systems for travel agencies, Tres is uniquely positioned to elevate these solutions further and ensure the continued success of Trams customers.

    Our priority during this transition is to ensure our customers can continue to utilize these products without service disruption. You can be assured that there will be no immediate change in the business processes related to any Trams solutions. At some point in the future, you will be given the opportunity to transition to the Tres platform. We're confident the expertise and focus Tres will bring will elevate the products further to ensure our customer's future success.

    Why is Sabre selling Trams?
    Sabre's divestiture of Trams is consistent with its commitment to create a new marketplace for personalized travel. The type of transformation that Sabre seeks to drive in the industry requires intense focus on five strategic imperatives that Sabre previously announced.

    While the Trams portfolio is an important part of helping travel agencies respond to the industry's change and evolution, Sabre believes that Tres is better suited to lead the evolution in this area while we are focused on our strategic imperatives that will transform the way the industry retails, distributes and fulfills travel.

    What changes will my agency see from this?
    You will see no immediate change. Our priority during this transition is to ensure our customers can continue to utilize the Trams portfolio without service disruption. There will be no immediate change in the business processes related to any Trams solutions. For example, Sabre will continue to provide customer support until it can be transitioned to the Tres team.

    Will my agency have to migrate to a new solution?
    Tres intends to run the TRAMS platform for a period of time as it transitions customers from TRAMS to its Tres products. At some point in the future, customers will be given the opportunity to transition to the Tres platform.

    In the short term, who do we contact for customer support?
    Sabre will continue to provide customer support until it can be transitioned to the Tres team.
