Important Update: ClientBase Integration with Amadeus

    PlusScript from Selling Platform Connect to be decommissioned on April 30th 2021.-

    Important Product Update

    ClientBase Online and ClientBase Windows offer PNR integration with Amadeus today through our Merge to PNR and PNR Import features. These features rely on Amadeus PlusScripts, which utilizes ActiveX technology that is only available when connecting through Internet Explorer.

    Amadeus has advised that they will no longer support PlusScripts effective April 30, 2021, and they will be decommissioned by June 30, 2021. If you are interested in extending PlusScript usage beyond April 30, please contact Amadeus directly.

    Due to this change, you will need to begin using the Clipboard option when merging your profile data from ClientBase to Amadeus.

    The PNR Import feature will require a ClientBase enhancement to connect to Amadeus Platform Connect using their latest API. Until this enhancement can be completed, you will need to manually input reservation details from Amadeus into your ClientBase Res Card.

    We plan to upgrade ClientBase to use the new Amadeus API but have not yet determined a timeline for when this will be available. We will keep you posted as we know more.
