Trams Crystal Reports

Trams Crystal Reports is an add-on to ClientBase and/or Trams Back Office that offers you the ability to run pre-designed Crystal Reports in addition to those offered within the Trams Back Office and ClientBase products. TCR10 is the most recent version of Trams Crystal Reports that is integrated with Trams Back Office and ClientBase. When TCR10 is installed, you will be able to launch Trams Crystal Reports from your desktop or in Trams Back Office, using the TCR Viewer under Reports.

These are full installation files for the free Trams Crystal Reporting (TCR) add-on to Trams Back Office and ClientBase for Windows. Please select the proper installation file below.

SPECIAL NOTE TO WINDOWS VISTA AND WINDOWS 7 USERS: Trams Crystal Reports will not work on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 Operating System being used as a database server unless you insert localhost: in front of the database path in Data Source ODBC (see installation doc for details). If you do not do this, you will receive the error message Unavailable Database when you click Test. This error will cause TCR reports not to run. 

If you have never used Crystal Reports and do not have the software, download and run this file:
Standard TCR10 Setup File (Recommended)
This setup file is for agencies that HAVE NOT purchased and installed Crystal Reports Software Version 10. This setup file is for agencies that want to be able to run Trams Crystal Reports (that only run in TCR10) from your desktop icon or within Trams Back Office, if available. After installing this setup file, a TBO user will see a new TCR Viewer menu item under Reports. Refer below to the documentation for TCR10 installation instructions.
