This may result in an increase in our call volume and possibly longer than normal hold times.      • If you are calling for assistance on installing a local update, please request a support appointment by emailing and put “request update appointment” in the subject line.
     • If you have a critical issue that needs immediate assistance, please continue to hold and someone will be with you as quickly as possible.
