ClientBase Classroom
Introductory Training Class
This two-day class, which meets at 9:00AM - 4:30PM on Day One and 8:00AM - 3:30PM on Day Two, provides your agency's ClientBase In-house Trainer and/or agent with "A Day in the Life of an Agent" approach to ClientBase.

(Note: The prerequisite for attending this class is to either read the the User Overviews that are contained in the ClientBase Start-Up kit; or to attend the 11:00 a.m. Live WebEx Monday ClientBase Overview class).
  • A review of the layout of ClientBase program and profiles.
  • Practical hands-on demonstration of a day in the life of an agent using ClientBase including use of Activity Manager.
  • An in-depth analysis of the use of Level 1, 2, 3 Queries in the File Managers, saving file folders, and use of date formulas.
  • Introduction/Overview of the all-inclusive ClientBase QuickStart Training Program to get agents using the program upon your return from class.
  • ClientBase's Best Marketing Practices.
  • Basic Res Card training.

Be sure to confirm with Training that there is a spot available BEFORE making any plane or hotel reservations.
Cancellation within 10 business days of class (or failure to attend) results in a $ 25.00 fee.

TRAMS, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient attendance or other unforeseen emergencies. It is recommended that you DO NOT book flights and/or hotel reservations until two weeks before the training. You will be notified in the event that this class is canceled.
