NEWS! Lower Room Rate available at The Rio.

The Rio just announced a recent drop in rates due to a large group cancellation over the TMU conference dates. Inventory is limited and will appear on The Rio website CLICK HERE. You can also call The Rio at 1-888-746-6955 to cancel and rebook your reservation at the lower rate. We recommend you confirm your lower rate reservation as soon as possible because inventory varies. Be sure the lower rate is available for your entire stay before you cancel your original reservation.

Rates are subject to Clark County Room Tax, currently nine percent 9%. The conference dates are from Tuesday, April 22, 2008 to April 24, 2008. The Group room rates are valid for reservations between Saturday, April 19, 2008 through Sunday, April 27, 2008, in case you would like to arrive early or stay a little later.

Rerservation Procedure

You may CLICK HERE to reserve your room now, or call The Rio Hotel at 1-888-746-6955 on or before the cut-off date, and identify yourself as part of the TRAMS Technology & Marketing University. Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of first nights room and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, a first night’s room and tax charge, per room, will be billed immediately to the card.

Cut-Off Date

The cut-off date Friday, March 17, 2008. Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be accepted by Hotel at a space and rate availability basis only. Please be aware of the hotel may sell out completely BEFORE this date, so book early to secure your space. We have sold out the last 3 years in a row. Don't book late!

Cancellations

The Rio Hotel allows cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival. The Rio Hotel shall charge one (1) night’s guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date.

Hotel Accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Dinner Club, Carte Blanche or JCB.

Check in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Any departures after 11:00 am are subject to the full day charge.

Each Guestroom must have at least one registered guest 21 years or age or older.
