ClientBase is the dedicated CRM tool designed specifically for travel agencies providing complete profile, contact and trip management abilities. The result of over twelve years of evolution, ClientBase provides the information and efficiencies for agents to develop and maintain client relationships, as well as increase productivity and perform all agent and agency processes. Additionally, ClientBase uniquely includes the ability to Live Connect to booking engines by seamlessly passing agency login and client data to the supplier booking site and then importing reservation details back into your ClientBase database.

ClientBase Windows

This traditional client server version of ClientBase is our most comprehensive offering and involves installing software on each agent's workstation. Your agency database is accessed locally and actually shares a common database with TRAMS Back Office.

ClientBase functionality includes:

  • Detailed and personalized database marketing
  • Maintains and tracks contacts and marketing programs
  • Manages trip details including reservations, agent to-do lists
  • Itinerary printing and invoicing, and inventory management

Browser Add-On

ClientBase Browser version is an add-on to ClientBase Windows making remote access to your ClientBase data available to any computer running Internet Explorer. This version does require a Web Server which can be hosted by your agency or by TRAMS, and includes a sub-set of the functionality included in ClientBase Windows version.

NEW! ClientBase Online

ClientBase Online is a new web version of ClientBase that has been integrated into the Sabre booking portals (including MySabre and VacationStudio) providing more robust access to your client data.

  • Provides access to your data from any Internet connected computer running Internet Explorer 6.0 or above.
  • No software installations are necessary!

Our first release of ClientBase Online is now available to the U.S. market and includes a limited set of the traditional ClientBase Windows functionality. Future versions will include tighter integration with Sabre booking tools, as well as enhanced functionality AND a synchronization routine with the TRAMS, Inc distributed product offerings including ClientBase Windows and TRAMS Back Office.
