ClientBase
is the second generation of ClientBase, the travel industry's first Client Database and Agency Information Manager. This greatly enhanced program incorporates the popular features that provide invaluable customer and vendor information with the click of a button and adds next generation booking and data management capabilities. ClientBase is an easy-to-use, Windows-based software program that gives your selling agents instant access to the information they need to build lasting relationships and provide outstanding service to your customers. With ClientBase you can quickly turn a cruise or a tour promotion into a direct marketing campaign, by finding all interested clients and prospects in the database looking for the product you are selling.

  • The Electronic Reservation Card - Now the industry has a well-organized place to manage all the details of non-CRS bookings...from inquiry through booking to departure including preparing custom itineraries with graphics. Connect - live - with various 3rd party booking software to make your reservation and import the results into ClientBase.
  • Res Card Invoicing - Push a button and you have an attractive invoice to hand to a client, while you've automatically sent that invoice direct to TRAMS Back Office accounting! No more handing a CRS style invoice to a client who just booked a Trans-Canal Cruise and no more frustrating formats and accounting lines to get it into your back office system either!

    ClientBase builds on most of the existing features in all versions of ClientBase. ClientBase and TRAMS data will be merged into one database. Profiles, contacts and marketing information will be converted and merged into your existing TRAMS Back Office profiles.

    Annual Subscription
    Our annual subscription plan bundles software updates, help, training, and communication into one comprehensive package. A subscription also provides you with frequent enhancements and eliminates the need for you to buy new versions of the software every year. The subscription renewal is for 12 months, and includes:

  • Phone, fax and e-mail support
  • Maintenance updates
  • Access to support information via website
  • Documentation (via electronic or printed format)

  • Flexible per user pricing, add agents as you grow

Renewing your subscription ensures you will receive all the program enhancements, technical support, unlimited training and information we have to offer.
