Trainings
TRAMS offers Recorded Trainings that can be run either from our server or
on your computer:
- From Our Server
- Use this option if you have a fast connection. Simply clicking the
name of the class.
- From Your Computer
- Use this option if you have a slow connection (you are receiving a
buffering message) or if you plan to listen to a class when you will
not be connected to the Internet. Use your right mouse button to click
the name of the class and select the "Save as" or the "Save Target as"
link. You are prompted with a "Save As" screen which allows you to tell
the computer where to save the file on your hard drive.
Click
here to
download the WebEx player if you intend to download the CBI files and
run them from your computer instead of the Internet.
NOTE: If you are
experiencing difficulty opening the selected Tutorial and are currently
on Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.02, go to:
Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Advanced
Check "Override automatic cookie handling" and Check "Always
allow session cookies"
Press OK
twice.
Close your browser and reopen.
