Princess and Cunard Bookings Now Seamlessly Interface with Agent's Back Office
Systems to Save Time and Increase Productivity
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (April 18, 2006) - The thousands of travel agencies that
use TRAMS' ClientBase software to manage their business will soon find it easier
than ever to manage their Princess and Cunard bookings. The lines' acclaimed POLAR
Online reservation system will become the first major in-house cruise booking
system to link directly with ClientBase - the industry's leading customer relationship
management program.
Beginning at the end of April, agents will be able to transfer information about
their Princess and Cunard bookings - customer data, booking numbers, itineraries
and more - automatically from POLAR Online into ClientBase. This seamless information
transfer enables agencies to conveniently monitor bookings in their own back office
systems, including immediately seeing the financial impact of these reservations.

The interface, available through ClientBase's "Live Connect" feature, debuts today
in the "Get Connected" Pavilion at TRAMS Technology & Marketing University
in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand.

POLAR Online tool can create a new booking in seven steps in as little as two
