myTRAMS - Your TRAMS Profile
myTRAMS, your personalized link to the TRAMS Web site and information
system, has been enhanced and updated. If you have not been to myTRAMS
lately - or ever - now is the time to acquaint yourself with this beneficial
feature you get as a TRAMS, Inc. client. In myTRAMS you can get access
codes, view and update your profile, sign up for trainings and much more.
To access your TRAMS account information with myTRAMS,
go to www.trams.com
and Select Support | myTRAMS from the main menu.
If you have never created an account before use the "Sign up now" link.
If you have an account and don't know your password, just insert the primary
e-mail address for your agency and the password will be sent to that email
address. If you enter one that myTRAMS cannot find it will tell
you how to contact us to update our records.

Back Office Version 2.06.00
This version includes: Ability to create "Adjustment Invoices" for Supplier
and Comm Track Invoices. "Ticket Type" and "Original Ticket Type" fields
are now available for Non-ARC Supplier/Comm Track bookings. You will also
find a new "Bank Reconciliation from File" feature, and much more!
Employee News
We have three new employees: Cristina Lim and Derrick Mokedi both started
in October. Jose Joaquin joined us in December. Cristina joined TRAMS
Admin. Department, doing assorted duties including reception. Both Derrick
and Jose joined the TRAMS Quality Assurance Department as software testers.
We welcome them all to the TRAMS family.
