This week we are very excited to be hosting our 9th Annual Technology University
at The Mirage, Las Vegas. It is always a very exciting time with new releases,
new training materials and an opportunity for some of our staff to meet
clients and put faces to names. We know those attending will benefit
from the Technology University experience and we look forward to seeing
you there. For those clients not attending the conference, our office will
be open during our regular hours to answer your questions.

 The
dates for Summer Camp – August 11-13th will be announced at Technology
University - We generally get a lot of registrations from enthusiastic conference
attendees. TRAMS will be sending an announcement soon with the details of
Summer Camp. Please save the date and register soon to avoid disappointment
as the Summer Camp conference fills up quickly.

This version includes: The new Inventory Manager and Inventory Reports,
Amadeus Cruise Live Connect, and Amadeus AgentNet VAX Live Connect.
- TRAMS
Back Office Version 2.03.01 Build 003
This version includes: "Invoice Reference" field to the Operating
Payable screen, the"Invoiced in CBPlus" checkbox to the Advanced
Tab of the Invoice Query screen, Segment Mileage column and edit field
to the Segments tab of the booking screen, and much more.
ClientBase Plus Two Database Synchronization
TRAMS will be showing the new ClientBase Plus Two database Synchronization
program at Tech U, which will be released in May. The program is an add-on
for agencies that have two locations and would like to share a common database
but do not have the bandwidth to direct connect through the Internet. There
are two databases in this case, each accepting data entry. The changes to
each are then routinely synchronized to the other, which results in a shared
common data.
If you are interested in beta testing this product, please contact our Testing
Department at testing@trams.com. If
you are interested in acquiring the product after beta testing, please
contact your TRAMS Sales Representative. Synchronization for more than two
databases will be coming soon.
Employee News:
Congratulations to Cynthia Becerra and her husband, Luis, on the birth of
their precious baby boy, Luis Gabriel, on January 13, 2004. Andre
and Arlett Smith, also, celebrated the birth of their son, Hunter Malachi
on February 4, 2004. The TRAMS family just keeps growing!
Help us welcome Jose Burgueno, who started with TRAMS in
March. He is replacing Bryan Luffman in the Testing Department. Bryan and
his family moved to Atlanta; we wish them all the best in their new home.
Our Support Department welcomes back Robert Ramirez. He
joined TRAMS originally in 1997 and returned with even more industry experience
in February of this year.
