New to ClientBase Online? We have learned from lots of experience that proper preparation makes the CBO implementation process easier.
Getting Started with ClientBase Online
Step 1: Verify that you are running Internet Explorer 6.0 or above.
Step 2: Log In
Go to www.clientbaseonline.com (Create a shortcut on your desktop for faster launching or make this site a favorite)
Step 3: Set Up CBO
You must set up CBO before using. Click here for full setup instructions, or attend the CBO Live WebEx setup class here.
Step 4: Training
Create an office training program by utilizing our recorded trainings, documentation and live Webex Classes:
• CBO Recorded Trainings (Available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.)
• CBO Documentation
• CBO WebEx Training Classes (Scroll down to see CBO classes)
Other Training Options
• Read the ClientBase Online Overview to familiarize yourself with your new program.
• Attend one of our daily on-line Q & A's to speak to a ClientBase expert. The daily Q & A's provide you with the opportunity to ask questions get feedback and exchange ideas.
• Continue taking additional WebEx training classes found on WebEx Calendar.
