Sabre Vacations-US Has a New ClientBase Live Connect URL

    ClientBase Live Connect Sabre Vacations - US Users

    Purpose:
    To inform ClientBase Live Connect Sabre Vacations - US users of a new URL, new vendor codes, and new login instructions.  After launching Sabre Vacations Live Connect in ClientBase, users need to login each time to the Sabre Vacations Live Connect site, as user logins set up in ClientBase are no longer passed. 

    Sabre Vacations-US has a new URL: 

    https://login.vaxsbr.vaxvacationaccess.com/default.aspx

    • Replace the existing Sabre Vacations URL in ClientBase Windows by going to Utilities|Live Connect Providers and modifying Sabre Vacations.
    • Replace the existing Sabre Vacations URL in ClientBase Online by going to Tools|Settings|Live Connect Providers and modifying Sabre Vacations.  
    • User logins/passwords will no longer be passed to the Sabre Vacations Live Connect site, but the Sabre PCC must be supplied in the Agency Code field upon logging in without the leading tour operator; i.e., SA|.  When lauching the Sabre Vacations Live Connect site, you will need to login in each time.
      o To remove the SA| from your login in CBW, go to Utilities|My Login|Live Connect and double-click on the Sabre Vacations login and delete the SA|.
      o To remove the SA| from your login in CBO, click Tools|My Login|Live Connect and double-click on the Sabre Vacations login and delete the SA|.  
    • You also need to modify the existing vendor codes for each vendor you are using in Sabre Vacations.  Go into each Vendor Profile and click Live Connect Providers to modify.
