Clientbase Online (CBO) SYNC CUSTOMERS: This upgrade is not yet available if your database syncs with CBO. Notifications will be sent out via email and from the TBO application to alert you to the timing of the TBO 3.04 upgrade.
ALL Trams Back Office (TBO) Customers: Due to certain database enhancements, your database MUST be on ClientBase Windows database version 99 (CBW 3.06.00) or higher even if you do NOT subscribe to ClientBase. If using ClientBase Browser, the current recommended version is v.2.4.0 or higher. You can upgrade from version 2.09.03 or higher of Trams Back Office with this update. (If you are currently on a version older than 2.09.03 or need help upgrading ClientBase, please call support at 310-641-8726, or e-mail support@trams.com.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step One: Download and Install the update3.04.00.exe file for a TBO server. If utilizing Terminal Services or Citrix, you must use add/remove programs to install the update file. Save the update30400.exe file to your hard drive.
Step Two: Update your database after installing the program update using the Trams Back Office Update file (tfwup.exe) by going to Start|All Programs|Trams Back Office|TFW Up.
If you come across an error message during this step, please contact us right away so we can look at your data or restore your backup if needed. Please review the release notes before downloading. Be sure you select the appropriate product version. Please e-mail Support at support@trams.com with any issues that you may run into.
Step Three: Update other workstations if applicable.
