To view detailed directions for each Step, simply click on the icon before each Step. A popup window will appear with the directions. If you need to, you may print them for further reference.
Step One: Download and run the ClientBase Update to upgrade the ClientBase exe (program) on the ClientBase Server.
Step Two:
Run the ClientBase Database Update on the ClientBase Server to upgrade
your database.
Step Three: Run the ClientBase update to upgrade the ClientBase exe (program) at each workstation.
Please
review the release notes and do a back up
before doing any kind of upgrade. To backup your database
go to Programs | TRAMS | TRAMS Backup-Restore. Also, be sure everyone
is logged out of both ClientBase and TRAMS Back Office when following
step 2 and upgrading your database.
NOTE:
There are upgrade files for U.S. agencies and different
upgrade files for Canadian, Australian,
United Kingdom, Abacus, and Asia/Middle
East/Africa agencies. Please make
sure you download the appropriate update file.
NOTE
To ClientBase Browser Users:
Due to database enhancements in this new ClientBase version, you must
upgrade to ClientBase
Browser Version 1.8.
