TRAMS Crystal Reports
TRAMS, Inc. offers electronic
documentation for all of our products. The format of our documentation is an
Internet standard, .pdf (portable document files). Pdf files are viewed with
a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you do not already have
the Adobe Acrobat Reader Software, it's installation can be found on your TRAMS,
Inc. software CD under the Documentation menu option or you can download it
from Adobe's
Web page about the Reader. You only need to download and install the Acrobat
Reader once.
You
can view any of the files, under the Product name (listed on the left) from
this website if the Adobe Acrobat Reader is set up as a plug-in to your browser
and the Adobe Acrobat Reader program is open.
You may also download documentation
to your hard drive for use when you are not connected to the Web. Use your right
mouse button to click on the file link. This returns a pop-up menu. Select the
'Save Link As' menu option.
If you do not see the document you're looking for, we suggest one of the following steps:
- Call our Fax Back number, 800.288.8482, Select Document #0000 for the complete
catalog.
- Go to our Knowledge Base and enter the
document number in the search field.
