TBO implementation process easier.
STEP ONE:
Start the implementation process by printing out the Implementation
Checklist for Your Reservation System, which is a step-by-step guide
to prepare your agency to use TBO. If you do not have a Reservation System,

STEP TWO:
Complete directions for downloading and installing your new TRAMS Back
Office program are contained in your Welcome E-mail or use these guides:
STEP THREE:
If you are planning to Interface invoices from your GDS to TRAMS,
read through the Interface Format Guide, and set up a phone appointment
to be guided through the process to set up your GDS to interface with
TRAMS Back Office.
STEP FOUR:
Time to prepare
for training!
- Read through
the TRAMS Back Office Pre-training
Tutorial to familiarize yourself with your new program.
- If you prefer,
attend a TRAMS Back Office Overview live
WebEx class.
- After completing
the pre-training tutorial OR attending the Overview, attend TRAMS
2-day hands on
class in a Training Center in your area. It is strongly
recommended that you attend this hands-on training class.

STEP FIVE:
While preparing for class, check out our Recorded
WebEx modules and our 1-hour
live WebEx classes for TBO. These are also essential
when you return from class and want a more in-depth review of what you
have learned. Follow them in the order we suggest.
STEP SIX:
Setup the Core Reports. The backbone of the TRAMS Back Office Program
are the Core Reports. Read through the step-by-step
instructions on this process or set up a phone appointment for assistance.
