The TRAMS Summer Camp 2008 conference includes a 2 hour tradeshow on Thursday, August 7, from 5:00PM to 7:00PM for TMA SUPPLIERS ONLY.

We hope you join other TMA suppliers who support, sponsor, and exhibit at Summer Camp ever year in an effort to network with the most sophisticated and technologically savvy groups of travel agents in the industry. They attend to explore products and services that help them identify new markets, and increase sales. They have made a significant financial commitment for software and training, so they are serious about their business.

Limited Space Available! We handle reservations on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Exhibitor registration closes June 30, 2008.
This is a table-top tradeshow, you are provided with a 6' draped table. There is no pipe and drape and we are located in the FOYER so space is limited and pop-up displays cannot extend past the length of your table.

General/Shipping:

The tradeshow is at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa in the ballroom foyer.  Ship all materials to the hotel to arrive no earlier than Monday, August 4, 2008. If you need to ship earlier than this date you will be charged $25.00 per box per day (if space allows) in addition to the drayage fees below:

Hours of Operation

These are minimum hours of operation where there is an associate trained to handle package deliveries at the Sheraton.  Please keep this in mind when you are picking up your packages on site.
Monday-Friday   7:30 am – 4:30 pm        
Saturday           7:30 am – 12:00 pm
Sunday             on a need basis

Labeling

Proper labeling is essential.  Improperly labeled packages account for the majority of lost and misplaced packages in our Resorts.

The required format is as follows:

1. The Shipper’s Return Address should include shipper’s name, address and telephone number. Multiple packages within a single shipment should be numbered in sequence (i.e. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3); it may be helpful to make note of individual package contents so that careful records of all materials may be maintained and the sender alerted in the event of damage or non-receipt.
2. Your On-Site Guest will be notified upon receipt of package.
3. Heavy boxes (over 50 lbs.) should be identified so that staff (either yours or ours) can avoid injury while lifting them.

It is the responsibility of the individual exhibitor to ensure all out going packages are properly labeled for shipment.

Setup: 3:30PM – 4:30PM
Show Hours: 4:45PM – 6:30PM
The Tradeshow includes our traditional Camp Cocktail Party in the same area to guarantee maximum attendance.
We anticipate 300 attending agents.

Dress Code:

Dress is casual. It would be appropriate to wear company logo shirts with khaki slacks or something similar. You will also receive a Summer Camp T-Shirt when you arrive.

Restrictions:

You will be provided with one (1) 6' draped table. You may bring table signs and props that fit on or behind your table top, so you do not infringe on the space of the exhibitor next to you. No backdrops or floor props that extend beyond the width of your 6’ table.
