ClientBase Quick Start
TRAMS is very excited to announce our ClientBase Plus Quick Start Training
program. We have been listening to your feedback and have developed a
easier way to help you train your staff and get started using ClientBase
Plus. The program is made up of 5 short easy-to-use lesson plans that
get your agents trained to use the 5 key features of the program. We get
you agents in to the program and get them hooked so you maximize the benefits
that ClientBase Plus has to offer. Visit our Quick Start page to learn
more or Join our Getting Started with ClientBase Plus class, scheduled
for January 5th. Our 2 day training courses are incorporating this new
training program and philosophy. We have received outstanding reviews
on our recent trainings in Los Angeles using Quick Start.
Employee News
Congratulations to Martin Garcia on the arrival of his son, John Martin
Garcia born November 12, 2003. This is extra exciting news since John is
the first boy out of 5 children. There are two more babies on the way early
2004. Next news letter we should have news of Cynthia Becerra's new baby
and Andre Smith's new baby.
