TRAMS Back Office
Daily Q & A
Due to the great success with daily Q & A sessions for ClientBase, TRAMS is now
offering daily Q & A Sessions for TRAMS Back Office as well. One of our senior
support reps hosts an hour-long WebEx session open to all TRAMS Back Office users.
The session is an open forum, giving you the opportunity to ask questions about
the product, learn tips from the instructor and your colleagues, or get training
in an area that would be helpful to you.
The sessions are offered daily at 10:00AM PST. No pre-registration is needed.
Any day you would like to attend, select 'Join' from the WebEx Training
Center anytime during the hour. Stay for the whole hour or just drop in,
ask your question(s), and go. Take advantage of this great resource available
to you.
New WebEx Classes
TRAMS Back Office has been reviewing existing WebEx classes. You should
see some changes starting in July. We have added content to some of the
existing classes and have added the following new classes. The items below
are linked to the registration pages including a little description of the
class:
Come check out some of these advanced topics! Reminder, review
the TRAMS
Back Office WebEx Monthly Schedule for current dates and times.
Have you noticed?
If you have been to the ClientBase Plus CBI Modules or TRAMS Back Office
CBI Modules menu options from the Training menu on our Web site recently,
you see a nice change. When you visit, there is a graphic of the main screens
of our products. As you move your mouse around the screen, notice the menu
options and buttons are links to recorded modules about that particular
area of the product; an easy way to find the topics and to pick an area
of the program to expand your knowledge. If you prefer a listing of all
available topics that is also available on the same page. The full listing
allows you to download the module, or if you would prefer to run it without
still being connected to the Internet.
Check back often since new topics are being added to this section of the
Web site every week.
Are You New to TRAMS Products?
Our new users welcome the Getting Started areas of our Web site. Find them
under the Training
Menu | Menu Screen (on the left). Now you do not need to ask where to
begin. TRAMS has created a suggested learning path to supplement our two-day
training course. The lists are a combination of recorded WebEx (CBI Modules),
live WebEx Classes and documentation designed to reinforce what is learned
in class and expand on that information. The lists are also good for any
user who wants to learn more about an area of the program with which they
are not familiar.
New Employees
Kim Matsumoto has been a contract employee working as a Tester in our Testing
Department since April 16, 2003. We also welcome Anna Mgerian to our Development
Department. Anna started May 1, 2003.
Have a safe 4th of July!
