Q & A Sessions
TRAMS is getting rave reviews for the new ClientBase Plus Daily Q & A sessions,
which replace Study Halls. Mindy Schwab hosts a daily hour-long WebEx session
open to all ClientBase Plus users. The session is an open forum, giving
you the opportunity to ask questions about the product, learn tips from
Mindy and your colleagues, or get training in an area that would be helpful
to you. The sessions are offered at 1:30 PM PST on Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday and at 8:30 AM PST Tuesdays and Thursdays. No pre- registration is
needed. Any day you would like to attend, select 'Join' from the WebEx Training
Center anytime during the hour. Stay for the whole hour or just drop in,
ask your question(s), and go. We have received many e-mails from attendees
singing praises of this forum.
New Software Version
A new ClientBase version is now released, 2.07. New "Live Connect" vendors
have been added as well as many other great enhancements. The new Live Connect
vendors are: RBC Insurance, Travelex Insurance, Hotel Quest and GOGO Worldwide
Vacations, and coming soon is MLT Vacations. Enhancements include: Apollo
PNR Import, Batched Reminders, Track Multiple Currencies and much more in

New WebEx Class
This quarter we added a new WebEx class called "ClientBase Plus Frontline Travel
Agent Overview." The class demonstrates the daily practical applications
of ClientBase Plus for the frontline agent, including the advantages of
using: Profiles, Activities, Res Cards with Live Connect and Merging to
a PNR, and Labels and Letters for marketing. View

Additional Reports for Back Office
TRAMS has a library of add-on reports. They are found on our Web site and new
reports are being added each month. The reports are used with the TRAMS
Crystal Reports module or with Crystal reports 8.0 Professional or Developer's
versions if you already have them.
Summer Camp
This year's Summer Camp is already scheduled and has a new location! Join us July
23-25, 2003, at the Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, AZ. We are already accepting

New Employee
We welcome Raquel Becerra to the Administration Department. Raquel joined TRAMS
on March 3, 2003.
Credit Card Merchant
New to using Credit Card Merchant and Ticketmaster? Please join our demo
classes, and receive training as you sit in your home or office. These
interactive classes demonstrate how the Credit Card Merchant Utility software
works and how to set up the options, as well as, how to process your transactions.
