New Recorded Computer Based Instruction
In our continuing efforts to provide your agency with cutting edge support tools,
we have a new layout to access Recorded Webex modules. By going to this
page, you will find the main screen for TRAMS Back Office. Clicking on the
various menu selections will launch to various Webex recordings. Module lengths
vary in length (3 to 15 minutes each) and are topic specific to address what
you're trying to accomplish in the system. We hope you find this new format
helpful in your efforts to get the most from your TRAMS Back Office system.
Implementation Program
for TRAMS Back Office
When a customer subscribes to TRAMS Back Office, a new implementation program
is automatically initiated for a new user. First a wealth of materials are sent
in a startup kit which includes a CRS interface guide, appointment sheets for
setting up Interface, the Core Reports and G/L; Pre-training and Handling Groups
tutorials; and lots more.
New subscribers are also
sent via e-mail a brand new TRAMS Back Office Implementation document specific
to their CRS that includes a timeline and checklists that address transition
items starting 6 weeks out from their cutover date. The document also includes
full training information including TRAMS website links to Level 1 TBO training,
Level 2 Live Classroom training, Recorded WebEx tutorials, and Live WebEx classes,
as well as information on how to contact support with questions and concerns.
Implementation Program
for ClientBase Plus
Just signed up for ClientBase Plus and you are not sure where to start? The
TRAMS Support and Communications department have created a spot
on our Web site we think will help. It highlights the major topics of the
program and allows you to review those topics in a few different learning styles,
Read it (electronic documentation), Watch it ( Computer Based Instruction Modules
to watch), or Participate (Live WebEx classes). Choose the learning style that
works best for you. We are calling the topics Habits, and have arranged them
in an order we think helps you get the most from your ClientBase Plus program.
Live Connect Update
Did you know ClientBase Plus can connect to a variety of web booking engines,
seamlessly pass client data and import reservation details back into your database?
It can, and we've called the feature Live Connect. And with every release of
ClientBase Plus we've added new web booking engines to our list of Live Connect
partners. ClientBase Plus currently integrates with the following web booking
engines, but keep in mind the list continues to grow!
