New Software Versions
July 9th and 10th; we are scheduled to start training and distributing the ClientBase Plus 2.05 version. We will be loading this version on the Web site and sending a general announcement when it is available for download.

TRAMS Back Office will be announcing a new version 1.09.02 around the same time. We know you will be excited about the great new enhancements in both. Review the TRAMS Back Office and ClientBase Plus Tips and Tricks sections of this newsletter to learn more.

New Live Connect Vendors
As ClientBase Plus grows more popular with agents, it is also growing more popular with vendors. The 2.05 version of ClientBase Plus brings new Live Connect vendors that share data between ClientBase Plus and that vendor's booking or search engine. Look for new connections to Qixo, Travel Guard Insurance, and Ezforex. Visit our Web site to learn all of the vendors working with ClientBase Plus Live Connect.

ClientBase Plus Bulletin
Each month TRAMS sends a ClientBase Plus Bulletin with what's new and exciting and how excited agencies are about using the product. The email only goes to ClientBase Plus subscribers. We have loaded these Bulletins on the Web site to share with TRAMS Back Office users and to allow you to review any past copies.

Documentation from Tech U available on the Web site
Every year Tech U attendees wish they could attend every class. People often walk into a classroom and say they are scheduled for another class but would love the handout from the class they cannot attend. This year we loaded all the handouts from our classes on our Web site so you can get all the information.

Support Stats on the Web
This past quarter we have uploaded some information on our support statistics. View our support statistics page to see the how many customers are on hold with the Support Desk before you. You also see the average hold time for the day listed on this page.

New Recorded Computer Based Instruction
We have been adding to the library of recorded Webex Computer Based Instruction. Our library now holds over 80 TRAMS Back Office modules and 40 ClientBase Plus modules. Visit our CBI page often, as we frequently add new modules.

ClientBase Plus Browser Access
ClientBase Plus Browser version is officially in beta. If your agency is currently using the TRAMS ASP Offering or your agency is hosting its own web server and you are interested in making your ClientBase Plus data available via your Web site to your outside agents, let us know if you would like to join the beta group for this new and exciting product by emailing Sharon@trams.com.
