New Look
TRAMS, Inc has updated our Web site once again. In an attempt to make the navigation
even easier, we have a main menu at the top and a sub menu on the left. Notice,
if you select Products|ClientBase Plus from the top menu, that the menu on the
left changes and become specific to ClientBase Plus. We hope you will enjoy
this new design. Please let us know if you need help finding any information.
New Support Number
As of January 1, 2002, our new support telephone number was changed to 310-641-8726.
Any requests via fax, email or message for a return phone call to the agency
will result in a call back. Be sure to include your agency name, phone number and description
of your question. With this change we have been able to offer better support
levels. Our hold times are averaging around a minute. If you are ever curious
about the current hold time before calling into the support desk, check the support
stats page under the main menu of support from the Web site.
New Recorded Computer
Based Instruction
We have been adding to the library of recorded Webex Computer Based Instruction. Our library now holds 56 TRAMS Back office modules and 34 ClientBase Plus
modules. Visit our CBI page often, as we are adding new modules each week.
New Employees
TRAMS, Inc has 2 new employees:
Please join us in welcoming Mindy Schwab and Lacey Cundiff. Mindy joins our
Communications Team. She started on January 2nd. Lacey is our new receptionist, as of February 13th.
ClientBase Plus Browser
Access
ClientBase Plus Browser version is officially in beta. If your agency is currently
using TRAMS ASP Offering or hosting its own web server and you are interested in making your ClientBase
Plus data available via your web site to your outside agents, let us know if
you would like to join the beta group for this new and exciting product by emailing
