What's New At TRAMS, Inc?

Welcome to the Summer 2001 edition of e-SmartNews. We continue to get positive feedback on the electronic format of our newsletter and the topics we select. Should you have any additional topics you would like covered, we would love to hear your suggestions. We make changes to the format to best meet your needs.

A lot has been happening over the past quarter and a half and we thought we would share our exciting news with you:

Expanded TRAMS Family
We want to send our heart felt congratulations to our two new Mom's this quarter:

Alice Franco gave birth to a baby boy, May 26, 2001 Ramon Franco, V.
Cyndi Steele also gave birth to a baby boy, Alexander James Steele, on June 29, 2001.

More Expansion
In March TRAMS Inc. expanded the office. Breaking into a new area allowed us to restructure our seating plans and group our departments for better communication with in and between the departments. Along with this expansion we have welcomed three new Support Reps: Patricia Nazar, Karen Hathaway, Maria Grant, and a Testing Manager, Katie Qiu.

Congratulations!
Congratulations to Ana Cruz who won the Employee of the Quarter Award for her contibutions to TRAMS, Inc. This award is extra special since the honor comes from her peers.

Training
In March, we moved our Newark Training Center to LaGuardia in New York. Our first training dates were March 8th and 9th. The new training center is right at the airport for easy access. To learn more about this training center and the dates and classes offered see our web site pages: Training Centers , TFW Classes and ClientBase Plus Classes .

May 10th and 11th marked the first ClientBase training in Altanta. To find our next ClientBase Plus training dates at the Atlanta Training Center see, our ClientBase Plus Classes Web page.

TRAMS for Windows has a whole new Training class called Fast Track. This class focuses on new users who are transitioning from other back office systems. It is designed with the experienced user in mind. If you feel you need a refresher course in TFW or are a new user from a different back office system, take a look at our Fast Track Classes Web page.
