A Welcome Change

This newsletter marks the release of our new http://www.trams.com web site. Our objective was to create a site that is easier to find the information you need. You'll notice very consistent submenus for each product: General Information, Documentation, Training, Download, Support, Forums, CBI, and TCC. This allows you easy access to all the latest support options that TRAMS, Inc. offers.

Most information is accessible through a number of menu options for example: access the CB Plus menu from either Products | CB Plus | Documentation or you could select Documents | CB Plus. You may notice that when using the first option your Menu at the left changes from the Products main menu option to the Documentation main menu option. If you need further information about product just click the back button of your browse and you are back at Products.

Many thanks to the employees at TRAMS, Inc. that helped create the new site, Anthony, Bryan, Dan, Debra, La Tisha, and Lindsay. They displayed great dedication and teamwork. Please stop by the new site and as always, we would love any feedback. We want the site to be a helpful tool for you to get information about our Products, Support and Training, as well as a better way to communicate with us.
