What's New At TRAMS, Inc?

A New Look for TRAMS for Windows
We have replaced our splash screen for the 1.07.08 TRAMS for Windows Version. If you have not upgraded and would like to use this image:

  • Right mouse click on the image below and select save image as
  • Use the file name transwin.bmp
  • Save the file in your tramswin directory
  • The next time you open TFW you should see the new image

Announcement
We would like to clarify a recent email announcement that was sent regarding the toll free portion of our support being replaced with direct dial access. We would like to make it very clear that that our telephone support desk is not going away, only the toll free telephone number. As of January 1, 2002 our telephone support number will be 310-641-8726. Any requests via fax, email or message for a return phone call to the agency will be made.

New Employees
TRAMS, Inc has 5 new employees. Please join us in welcoming:

Derek Sedillo and Joyce Mendoza: They joined our development team as of October 1st

Eduardo Gomez is our newest Support Rep

Keith Rennison and Heather Craig have joined the TRAMS, Inc Sales force. Keith has our Northwest territory and Heather has the Metropolitan New York and New Jersey territory.

Marketing CD
We have split our TRAMS, Inc CD into two CDs: A software CD, and a Marketing and Training CD
The software cd has our software programs installation files and the associated electronic documentation files. The Marketing and Training CD includes our software demos, Computer Based Instruction modules and also includes our documentation. Please email Marketing@trams.com to order either of these cd's.

TRAMS Certified Consultants Meeting
TRAMS, Inc is hosting a meeting in Los Angeles for the TRAMS Certified consultants from October 11th to October 13th. The consultants have an opportunity to network and receive training on the latest products and enhancements and receive their testing for the next certification.
